Set the system up so it runs right — evacuation, charge, settings, safeties, defrost, and recording the readings.

Commissioning is what stops callbacks. Evacuate properly, weigh the charge, set the controls and safeties to data, verify defrost, and record every reading.

Evacuate to spec (see Evacuation & Micron Diagnosis)
Weigh in the charge
Set superheat/subcooling to design
Set and verify safeties
Verify defrost and drain
Record all readings on the commissioning sheet
