Can you help me diagnose a fault on a job I am on right now?
Yes. Fault walkthroughs are one of the core mentoring services. Bring me the evidence — suction and discharge pressures, superheat, subcooling, ambient and box temperatures, electrical readings — and we work through it together to build a diagnosis you can stand behind. On-site coaching is also available subject to availability and location.
Is this a registered training organisation (RTO) or formal qualification?
No. Cold Fast is a training and development brand, not an RTO. Mentoring is professional coaching designed to build real-world understanding and diagnostic ability — it complements formal qualifications but does not issue certificates or licences.

Mentoring is available across Australia. Phone and video mentoring works anywhere. On-site coaching is available subject to location and scope, primarily across South East Queensland and the Sunshine Coast.
